VEN-GEL 420™ is a specially reacted organophilic clay derivative that is oil- dispersible down to a colloidal particle size. VEN-GEL 420™ is a versatile additive with potential application in a variety of organic systems. Depending on the system, VEN-GEL 420™ is useful as a gellant, a suspension additive, an emulsion stabilizer, a viscosity stabilizer, a water-resistant additive, a filtration rate reducer, or a protective colloid. VEN-GEL 420™ requires only a moderate amount of shear and agitation for full dispersion.
